The apartment with the king‑size bed is very spacious and offers a beautiful view down the valley. The apartment that has a bedroom with two beds is much smaller, located on the other side of the building, so it has no view. The garden is quite large. The pool has salty water, and the valley view is perfect for lounging. San Pablo Etla is a good half an hour away from Oaxaca Centro, making it ideal if you want to combine a leisurely holiday with sightseeing in the city. Tiburcio is a very friendly host. It would be nice to have blackout curtains. The beds are too soft and creaky. Otherwise, it’s a perfect stay.

The cabin’s fully equipped, everything looks great, the pool is clean and refreshing, parking is spacious, the beds are comfy, and the decor is charming Oaxaca‑style; it’s perfect for unwinding while still enjoying Oaxaca. We did spot a couple of cockroaches, and it’s a bit far from the center, but that’s expected when you’re looking to disconnect.
