The cleaning and location of the property were excellent, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Youssef was especially friendly and ready to assist with everything; we thank the entire team for their support.

The staff’s kindness makes it impossible not to give a 10; Noha was helpful from the moment I booked months earlier and sent the first request, and the same goes for the other guys working there. The rooms look nice like in the photos, a bit older but don’t be frightened by the entrance and first impression. There are smart TVs with main apps, air conditioning that works perfectly, and everything needed is provided. Obviously, don’t expect a 5‑star hotel; the rooms aren’t large, the bathroom isn’t either, and the balcony is almost unusable due to ongoing renovations (the building is being fully refurbished and is quite old). But in relation to the price, everything is more than excellent. The location is great, very convenient for reaching anywhere, with the metro practically next to the hostel entrance. The area seemed fairly safe; we never had any problems even returning at night. The difference is made by the kindness of those who work there, they try to accommodate you in any way and at any time, which made us feel calm and at home. If you don’t have excessive demands and want a comfortable stay, come here. The first day we arrived very late; they waited for us to check in at 3 am and probably put them a bit in difficulty with the room. We found the room a bit dirty and without towels; if that happens to you, don’t hesitate to report it, they fixed it immediately.

A good place to stay, I’ve been here five times and had no problems. The front desk person, Noha, is very friendly and attentive. Nothing else.

A good accommodation experience, staff were friendly, we booked 10 minutes before arrival and they could arrange check‑in quickly. Breakfast varied daily, delivered to the room, the room’s air‑conditioning was cold and the room was clean. Overall a good experience. Everything was fine, I’ll come again next time.
