The location is excellent, quiet, parking is in front of the building, coffee and tea are available, and restaurants and bars are around the corner. Public transport to Toronto City takes 30 minutes. The kitchen equipment is minimal.

The hotel sits in a prime spot, just a stone's throw from everything and a lovely harbor. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. When a hiccup popped up with my reservation, the staff handled it quickly and I was very satisfied. The room felt a bit stuffy and lacked ventilation—opening a window or using AC would have helped—but overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.
Location was fine, and I headed to the snug harbor for dinner. The place felt dated and there was construction noise.

The distance to the Toronto train station was about a ten‑minute walk. The kitchen was under‑equipped and the washing machine didn’t work. The explanation from the front‑desk clerk about the nearby parking was unclear (we paid even though a voucher could have been obtained).
Best location in town, but the accessories felt a bit antique.
