“Great location for easy access and tasty breakfast”

The room’s size and comfy bed were great, the breakfast lovely, and the staff were kind and helpful from check‑in onward—overall a superb location. As many have noted, the road noise can be noticeable if you’re not used to it, but the manager gave us a higher‑floor room to cut it down and the room even had earplugs, so after the first night we were fine. Everything else about the hotel more than makes up for that.

Breakfast are fine and stuffs at bar are friendly. When i check out, the office told me i damage the shower curtain due to my shampoo colors. They charge me $1200 peso for them replace the curtain. I can't believe this. At last minnutes, they rob the customers

“Happy Traveler - 1st timer in México”

Our first visit to Mexico City was flawless from day one; the staff consistently went the extra mile—front desk, Elizabeth, Abraham, Sebastián, and housekeeper Laura were all amazing. Breakfast each day was excellent, and the nearby park was well lit and safe. The hotel sits amid many small restaurants and cafés, with a 7‑11 right across the street, and we mostly used Uber, which was inexpensive. The bed was hard but still comfortable, and on Fridays a street market set up right in front of the hotel—though that was not the hotel’s fault.

Breakfast varied nicely each day with friendly wait staff and a lovely setting; we loved the quiet, tree‑lined spot and felt very safe. It would have been handy to have a microwave for leftovers.
