It’s in a central spot, but when I got there there was no staff around and the room only had a single towel and washcloth.

I got a room for two, but there was only one set of towels; I had to ask the front desk for another set, and they said none were available. I had to return at 10 pm to finally get a set, and the floor was dirty—when I took off my shoes I felt grit on my feet.

I booked online, hoping for a comfortable suite. The suite had two rooms, neither had a TV, though the remote worked. The main bedroom’s toilet had no seat. I turned on the water to fill the tub, but the shower also came on every 30 minutes all night. Three to five men gathered right outside my door, talking, yelling, singing, with their barking dog.

It was safe, which was good because it’s next to a steak house. I booked a nice room but the receptionist gave me one without a fridge, television, and the toilet flush wasn’t working. I asked for another room and the receptionist refused. This isn’t my first time checking in here but I will never return.
