TownePlace Suites Cedar Rapids Marion

The location is great for visiting family, so we’ll keep choosing this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. When I forgot my electric toothbrush, I appreciated the manager personally checking the room and calling me back. I was disappointed that the room cleaner didn’t return my missing item. For a newer property, maintenance seems to be slipping: one in‑shower bottle had come unstuck from the wall and was perched in a basket; there were bare patches of stucco on the building exterior, and formerly fluffy towels now appear thin.

“Very clean and comfortable room for a good night's sleep”

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of seamless, with a smooth and hassle-free check-in process and a room that was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a great guest experience truly shone through.

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the ease with which I was able to check in and check out. The process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, which was a welcome relief after a long day of travel. The hotel's staff seemed to have everything under control, making my stay a breeze.

While my stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast offerings. The selection was somewhat limited, and the items that were available didn't seem to be replenished very frequently. I had to wait a while for some of the more popular items to be restocked, which was a bit frustrating.

“It was good”

The hotel's location was one of its strongest selling points, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. I was able to walk to many of the local attractions and restaurants, which was a big plus. Overall, the location was the highlight of my stay.
