The pillow had a faint red stain that looked like blood, the bed was dirty, and I couldn’t sleep all night.

We stayed in room 307, a 5‑person room. The front‑desk staff were friendly and the environment was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the room had no table to put things on, so even eating was inconvenient.
