The staff. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, especially considering the price and supposed four-star rating. To be clear, the staff I did encounter were genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful. My issue is not with them at all. The hotel itself simply feels severely understaffed and poor value for money. There is no coffee machine, tea or coffee in the room, and seemingly nowhere to get a coffee if you wake up early. Reception is frequently unattended. The room had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, the beds felt small and uncomfortable, and there are essentially no amenities you would expect from a four-star hotel. For the price, it honestly feels like a rip-off. The experience and facilities are nowhere near what I would expect from a four-star property. If you’re coming to Camiral specifically for the golf, I would strongly suggest spending the extra money and staying at the main hotel instead. LAVIDA might be within the resort, but the experience is completely different. Very disappointing overall and I would not stay here again

We stayed for one night during a layover and it was very good; the golf course is lovely for a walk, we missed the pool because it was cold and not sunny but the terrace is nice, and breakfast offered many options.

We loved the overall chic and sporty vibe; breakfast was basic but fine, the evening restaurant was very nice, and the front‑desk staff were sometimes unpredictable, but overall we never got tired of it. The terrace at the restaurant might need better cleanliness.

The rooms and facilities are modern, but the TV service is awful; the location is great if you want peace or golf, otherwise it’s very far from city centers, and the pool should have more loungers (8 seems too few for the number of rooms).
