The host was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The place is basic but functional – air‑conditioned, comfy bed, fresh sheets and towels, and a little kitchen I could use. It's right by the beach and a metro stop, so getting around was a breeze. Low price, great value, definitely coming back.

Location was the only thing that worked – close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, and the owner was very helpful. But the house was the dirtiest I've ever stayed in; roaches everywhere, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, and I couldn't even open the kitchen door for fear of seeing more. The place smelled like mold, the Wi‑Fi was dead, and the door stayed open all the time. Cheap, but not worth the money.

All I liked was the location and the host's friendliness, and the sheets were clean. But stepping into the apartment felt like walking into someone else's room without a knock, and the place was a mess – greasy shower walls, a smelly toilet, and a kitchen dripping with grease. It looked like it was still under construction, but the grime was the real issue. I left a day early because I couldn't stand it.
