The place was nice and clean, and Kwaneles service was excellent, but we didn’t have a gate remote.

Everything was fine: the beds were clean, the rooms were tidy, hot water was available, staff were friendly, and even though the A/C didn’t produce heat, the blankets supplied kept us warm.

Everything was fine—the bed, room, and bathroom were all good. The air conditioner or heater didn’t work, or more precisely, I wasn’t given the remote for it, so I couldn’t heat my room a bit.

The address listed for this place is completely wrong, which made it really hard to find. I'm not sure how they expect guests to get there.
