The location matched our expectations, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good, but the whole hotel could use a renovation; the room was clean enough, yet the shower curtain was black at the lower part, giving a disgusting impression.

Great location for the purpose. The 7th arrondissement is perfect so many reasons. A room on the 1st floor (the floor above the entrance/lobby) must rank as the least desirable, best suited for one night stays, not three night stays. Soundproofing was bad
