“A pleasant hotel in a great location.”

The location was excellent, the guest amenities were good in terms of spaces indoors and outdoors to relax. Generally, the staff were knowledgeable and courteous and the rooms were serviced promptly and to a high standard. We were impressed when we had to change rooms mid-stay, the new room was ready shortly after we’d packed and finished breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The airconditioning was woefully inadequate - it was too noisy to be able to sleep at night, but also it barely cooled the room. The pillows were too flat and uncomfortable

“Passable”

The location is ideal for the ferry to the Islands, just 100‑150 m downhill from the hotel. During my reservation only a standard room was left, so that’s fine, but I was surprised upon arrival to find a minimalist room overlooking the pool directly beside the car‑charging garages. I noticed that if you’re assigned this type of room, you’re quickly labeled. The bed squeaked, the wardrobe looked like my grandmother’s. The bathroom supplies were already empty and half‑empty. For the pool towels, I was dragged from the reception to the housekeeping twice because the phone couldn’t handle the effort. Breakfast also required you to state your room again and the same standard room was offered, so there was little or no attention. The breakfast area was noisy, with staff talking loudly. What can I say about the mosquitoes smashed against the walls of room 103, and the invasion around the pool and consequently on the terrace of the room? I invested in a diffuser. Especially since they don’t come to me to say I’m exaggerating, I remain objective.

Hôtel très bien situé avec un parking, un personnel au top. Une jolie petite attention nous attendait à notre arrivée pour l’anniversaire de ma compagne, ce qui nous a beaucoup touchés. La chambre était entièrement rénovée, très agréable, et le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent, varié et de qualité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

“Hotel très correct, mais excentré. Demi-pension à éviter.”

The property enjoys a great location, just a stone’s throw from the lake with a beautiful view and a lovely terrace on the fifth floor. Unfortunately, there is no bar on site, so you can’t fully enjoy the pleasant surroundings. We liked the friendliness of the front‑desk staff and the maître d’hôtel at the restaurant, and the housekeeping in the rooms was also noteworthy. Restaurant to avoid – we were very disappointed with the food quality. The dishes were mediocre, with several frozen items clearly marked on the menu. The desserts were also let‑down: the four desserts on the menu stayed exactly the same throughout our stay, with no variation. Breakfast was mediocre as well, with low‑quality items, and the coffee was particularly bad. Given the price and expected standard, the dining quality was clearly insufficient. Unfortunately, this was the main negative point of our stay.

“Excellent location, clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff”

The location near downtown, restaurants and shopping was excellent. No complaints.
