The room was nice, but breakfast had to be eaten on a very small table inside the room.

The location was excellent, just a few steps from the Colosseum and the Circus Maximus, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby; the Termini metro station is two stops away on Line B and Line C goes to the Vatican. The breakfast was full and varied, and the rooms are modern and well‑furnished. However, the building’s entrance looks old and shabby, the private elevator is only for residents with keys and was reported to be broken, so guests couldn’t use it.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was perfect, the location was great, and I definitely recommend it.

The location is great, the room is spacious with a kitchenette, the bathroom is comfortable, the breakfast is basic, and the staff are helpful. The only major flaw is that the B&B is on the second floor without an elevator, and this should be clearly stated in the facilities to avoid problems for guests with mobility issues.
