The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the service was pretty hit-or-miss. I had to wait a while to check in, and when I finally got to my room, it was clean and comfortable, but the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me with anything. The room itself was a good size, with a decent view of the street, but the service was just so inconsistent that it was hard to enjoy my stay.

The reception staff eating gutka and totally mannerless. Never go to this hotel. They are cheating people by offering same room at different price and cheating. The hotel is cheating people by offering same room with different names and charging more money, don't go to this hotel

The hotel itself was fine, but what really stood out was the staff. They just didn't have that welcoming vibe that I've come to expect from other hotels in the area. I mean, they were doing their job, but it felt like they were just going through the motions. They didn't seem to know much about the hotel or its surroundings, which made it hard to get any real help or advice.
