The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, but as I mentioned to reception, it’s an insult to find rooms and bathrooms of such low quality, especially when booking a 4‑star property; the bathrooms were in disrepair with wear, dirt, and various damages—there’s a long list to name them all. We had several rooms, and one had a bathtub so deep that getting in and out was risky. The room furnishings were all dented, and bedside switches were practically nonexistent except for a single small control box on one side. I’m sorry to have to write such a negative review, but it’s impossible to ignore these issues.
