Sue was really lovely. The room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast amazing; couldn't fault anything.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help, and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom felt a bit cramped and the towels could have been better.

I only met Julie on arrival; she was very helpful and gave plenty of advice on the rules and local activities in folders and leaflets. Excellent location, will definitely stay here again. Thanks very much Julie, hope to meet you next time. Ray

The location was spot on, but the room and car park weren't really suitable for my husband who has mobility problems, which was just a personal issue for us.
