I liked how clean the place was and how attentive the front‑desk staff were during both check‑in and check‑out, but I didn’t enjoy waiting for my room; I arrived at 4:30 and had to wait until the room was cleaned before I could enter.

I paid a very high price for a room that offered no comfort—four people, two adults and two children, but the accommodation only had one queen bed and a single‑seat sofa that could fit two kids.

They were cleaning the room and took a bag of dirty clothes, and when I complained I never got any answer; by the end of my stay I had no response about the clothes or the blood‑pressure device.

“Booking.com and Fairfield Inn bad behavior”

The hotel itself was fine. We paid $222.67 almost a year in advance for this room to Booking com. We checked out on August 11 and everything was fine. On August 12 the hotel charged an additional $79 on our credit card. We called the hotel and they said that when they tried to charge 's card, it would only allow them to take everything except the last $79, so they charged us for that and we would have to take it up with . I made a complaint , but no response. I don't appreciate this because the Fairfield Inn was part of a month-long trip that cost us over $20,000 for hotels, flights, and cars. Would not use either or the Fairfield Inn again. Very disappointing

Clean. Booking said it was 6.6 miles from the airport but it was more like 14. Booking also said it held 5 people. I showed up and there were two double beds for us and I slept on the floor. Not a cot or couch or anything. Hotel was fine. screwed this up.
