The breakfast room and the breakfast itself were positives. I was disappointed with the room: I had booked a Grand Luxury room with a view, but it felt very basic, like a standard room, and the view was only decent. I think you pay for the location.

This hotel sits in the best spot in Prague. Dining in the restaurant offers a view of the clock, and the rooms are large apartment‑style spaces. I booked a group of eight standard double rooms, but when we arrived one of the rooms turned out to be a very tiny single room. We asked to move, but no other rooms were available, and they wouldn’t give us a refund either. It was frustrating, but we didn’t want it to ruin our holiday.
