The location was convenient, surrounded by shops for meals and supplies, and there were cafés nearby. A faint cigarette smell was present, probably from other guests who didn’t follow the no-smoking rule.

以前頻繁に使っていたホテルに比べると雲泥の差に驚くほどホテルに清潔感があり、また設備等に関しても大満足。. 併設の食堂はベジタリアン以外の人には利用が難しい。

The staff were friendly and spoke Chinese, which was a relief. The air‑conditioner was a touch warm.

The staff were helpful, but the hotel looked tired and had holes in the bathroom grouting, making the shower area constantly wet. The TV was a flat‑screen that seemed to be from over 20 years ago, and when it worked it looked like snow. The website claimed tea/coffee facilities, yet there was no kettle, cups, or spoon, and no tea or coffee at all. It also advertised currency exchange, but the staff said there was none.

The location is great, not far from the airport. Everything is in Khmer and Chinese, and despite the booking saying there was a free airport shuttle, there was none, as shown in the photo. The staff admitted it was a mistake.
