The location is great for a Bromo mountain excursion, but the room is old.

I only stayed one night and had to leave early because the staff only showed up when we checked in. The stairs lack a railing, which is a problem for me at 75; I can’t climb them easily. There’s no water dispenser or bottled water, so when my grandchildren went out for a sunrise package I had no water for my meds and had to drink tap water, which was slow and made it hard to shower. The staff were busy with their own chores and didn’t respond when I couldn’t reach them on the stairs. I saw the owner as I was about to leave, she just stared and said nothing. It wasn’t worth staying, and I’m asking for a partial refund. Thank you.
