The scenery was beautiful, the spa was nice, it was quiet and the air was fresh. Overall, the impression of the hotel was fairly average. What surprised me most was the complete lack of animation and the advertised activities, even though there is information about them on Instagram, Booking, and the official hotel website. If those services are not actually offered, the information should be updated to avoid misleading guests. Breakfasts were quite weak. You won’t go hungry, but the choice and quality could have been much better. A major drawback was the mattresses: old and worn out. Overall, the interior and room design also look morally outdated and need updating. The TV is practically impossible to watch normally – the picture constantly flickers and stutters.

The location was great, quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful forest and view. I liked both the summer and indoor pools, and the atmosphere inside the hotel was very good; the girls and guys from the staff always helped. The restaurant kitchen was quite varied, tasty, and “home‑style” as they say. I expected more variety of meat dishes—chicken and pork were there, but no beef, rabbit, or even duck. The biggest disappointment in the “All inclusive” menu was the absence of alcoholic drinks; for that price it should have included at least local options, such as Chizay, dry red and white wine at lunch and dinner, and a glass of iced tea at breakfast. That would have made it feel like a 5‑star hotel.

The kids’ animator is really helpful for both preschoolers and older children. The hotel sits in a forest with lovely grounds, fresh air, two pools – one outdoor, one indoor – plus a jacuzzi and sauna, and the food is both healthy and tasty.

The breakfast was hearty, the grounds huge, the place spotless, and the animator and guide were excellent. They love dogs and cats in the courtyard, which alone earns the highest rating; kids come and learn proper animal etiquette, unlike other hotels that forbid pets altogether. Good job, modern approach!
