A budget backpacker’s dream – the place is right in the middle of everything, no fancy décor but it does its job well, and I didn’t find any issues; it was exactly what I had imagined.
“Pleasant and offered parking for my car.”
The staff were friendly and mostly Shan from Myanmar, but there were no elevators.
The only hiccup was hauling luggage up the narrow stairs; otherwise it’s a very good place with friendly staff, a clean room, and a convenient location.
The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, the location was solid, the first floor hosts a popular local restaurant, nearby you can find other eateries, a 7‑11, a traditional market with fruit stalls just a two‑minute walk, and you can also stroll to the canal-side restaurant The House by Ginger, a convenient pick‑up point for rides, the Sunday night market is close by, and there’s a cute cat around.

The spot is in a great location with excellent Myanmar cuisine, and there were no complaints.
