The breakfast was the main item for my lower score. There was little fruit, few cold cuts, and few breads.

The staff were friendly, access was easy, and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the room was not released on time and we only entered after 16:00, and when I requested a checkout extension they allowed us to stay until 13:00, which was still far less than a full day. The shower produced very little water, the air conditioner was old and noisy, and the 350 ml beer in the fridge cost R$ 20.00, which did not match the infrastructure the place offers. My room was 431; perhaps it has better facilities, but I share my honest experience so they can review the improvement points.

We had a great experience, the environment was beautiful, clean, and fragrant. Even the elevator carried the scent of the essential oils. The rooms were tidy and clean. The TV and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. We loved the stay. The only hiccup was that we had to wait about 1 hour for the room to be released because of staff shortages, but we understand such situations can happen.
