The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool water was too cold and the hot tub would not get hot, which was one of the main reasons we booked there. Also, the TV remote only changed the channel going up, not both ways.

the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot , the clerk at night and the gentleman in the day time were nice the young black lady was rude on both occasions I saw her. the breakfast was over eveyday before 10 am , and barely had coffee at 930 am, there were roaches in our room. we left and went to the pool and came back to them crawling on our food. The jacuzzi was broken with two different stories told about it

This place was linked to sex traffickers and felt unsafe. They claimed no rooms were available yet still charged me; the lighting, locks, and traffic were all unsafe, and when I reported it I was denied a refund even though the conditions were dangerous.
