Incredible customer service with great advice about Verona. Super clean and comfortable

Nicola was extremely helpful right from the start, and after a brief initial hiccup with the shared bathroom we managed to find a clean, spacious room that made everything great. The only thing missing was a TV in the room, which would have been a nice addition.

The place was very quiet, and there was nothing else to add.

There was nothing positive to mention, but the hotel was a 30‑minute bus ride from Verona, which was a bit inconvenient.

Nicola was a very helpful host throughout my stay. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a clean simple style, and the bed very comfortable. Nothing
