I'm still fuming about my 9-night stay here. The hot water was a joke - it was either freezing or scalding hot. And don't even get me started on the breakfast, which was basically a sad excuse for a meal. The coffee machine was broken for three days, and the staircase was a hazard with no handrails. I'm demanding a refund for the last night I didn't even get to use.

This hotel was your standard chain hotel fare, with three separate buildings and a small pool. The breakfast was actually pretty good, and there were two large supermarkets nearby. The parking was also a plus. However, the sheer number of rooms on each floor made for some pretty thin walls, and the lack of soundproofing meant I could hear my neighbors closing their doors all night. It was really annoying when someone would leave their door slightly ajar and the lock would keep clanging shut.

“Hotel is good staff is shit”

For the price, this place was okay, but the staff was a major letdown. They wouldn't even let us get a glass of water, which was a bit ridiculous. Overall, it was a decent value, but the service was really subpar.

“Price/quality mismatch”

I've got to say, the only redeeming qualities of this place were the spacious car parking and the friendly staff. But that's where it ends. I booked a "deluxe family room" and got two regular connecting standard rooms instead. The air conditioning was blowing directly on the bed, and there was no soap in the bathrooms. To be honest, I think I'd have been better off paying half the price for a regular room elsewhere on the island.
