The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the housekeeper was professional and friendly. Rogério was truly perfect, a top employee. It was a shame that the pool pumps were out of order for a few days and then took a few more days to get fixed, but otherwise there was nothing negative.
The location and welcome were good. The breakfast hours were late, and the floor without an elevator was not suitable for people with reduced mobility (an alternative was found).
The reception was friendly and convivial. The bathrooms in the family room I stayed in were outdated, and there was no fridge in the room.
