Hotel Mediterraneo is set in Benidorm's peaceful Rincón de Loix area, opposite the famous Benidorm Palace. The hotel features indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs, a gym, and sauna. Air-conditioned rooms have private terraces, satellite TV, and safes. The Riu-Rau restaurant serves Mediterranean and international cuisine. Levante Beach is 900 metres away, with Aqualandia and Mundomar Water Parks just 250 metres from the hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel had good facilities, and the all‑inclusive food and drinks were high quality; however, everything feels very dated and needs refurbishing, the location is a bit out of town so taxis were often necessary, and car parking is expensive and almost always empty.

The hotel was decent, but the cocktails they mixed themselves were inedible, and it was the first hotel in Benidorm that didn’t serve cava or good cocktails unless you paid extra, even though we were all there; there was no second round for us.
