Very nice and helpful couple, a beautiful pool, a gorgeous garden where you can see plenty of birds and flying squirrels. Even the Kingfisher come to bathe.

The gardens and wildlife were beautiful, and the swimming pool was lovely. The secluded beach and a small fishing bay were both within easy walking distance. Breakfast was good. Upul and his wife were a delightful couple and could not have been more helpful. The town is busy but not a holiday area; if you want a tourist‑style restaurant you have to travel several kilometres.

A lovely villa with its own pool, but the breakfast could have been prepared with more care – it was just the jam jars and a butter cup placed on the table. Everything else was great.

“Perfect stay”

I liked everything; it was an absolutely remarkable stay! I highly recommend this homestay, thank you Upul and Ganga for your hospitality and service. I felt I was visiting friends and was very welcomed; you really feel part of a family, so warm and caring from both of you. If anyone sees this review it is a sign to choose this place when you visit Sri Lanka. I started my trip from this place and already miss it. The room and villa are very clean, well maintained, the pool amazing, the garden green and blooming, the breakfast tasty, everything is perfect. Upul showed interesting places around, we had tours to the river, temple, waterfall, turtle farm. I will come back again. Thank you 🙏 All was great, thank you.

Kind and helpful owners, a wonderful and abundant breakfast and coffee :) and, by arrangement, dinner was also excellent. A beautiful garden with a pool and the possibility to be taken anywhere or get advice. We felt at home.
