I found everything I needed, and whenever I wanted to speak with customer service they were ready and everything was good.

The staff were very nice and the room was always clean. They should provide an extra blanket in the closet.

The staff were cordial and attentive, and the property is aesthetically pleasing but needs TLC. They handed out four key cards at check‑in “just in case” because the locks “don’t always properly work,” and they were right—by the end we had six key cards and had to try two or three different ones, using several attempts to get one that worked and open the door. On top of that, after a long day at work, we discovered there was no hot water.

“Great room, great staffs, great breakfast, rude neighbors”

The breakfast was solid, the room was tidy, and the staff were friendly, but the family next door was loud and rude, letting their kids run around, touch other guests' cars, and create a disturbance.
