“Don’t go, they are not helpful and nice”
The experience was very bad; the owner promised to refund one night because he couldn’t fix the bathroom problem, didn’t care to help us, and then disappeared.
The place is nicely located and looks clean, but it’s very small and there’s no hair dryer available.
“Wouldn’t recommend”
The luggage elevator and good air conditioning were useful, but the staff were rude and dismissive. We arrived a bit early and couldn’t leave our luggage; after a 10‑minute wait we were told we could store it in our clean room, yet we couldn’t enter until 3 pm. When we returned to check‑in, no one was at the desk, and for the four days we stayed no one ever called or checked in. Our shower flooded, soaking the floor of our room, neighboring rooms, the hallway, and down the stairs. We called right away, but the staff seemed unconcerned, ignored our calls, and promised they’d be there in 5 minutes but actually took over an hour. By then we missed a dinner reservation and had to clean the water ourselves. When we voiced our dissatisfaction, there was no apology or compensation. The location is very central but on a party street, so it’s extremely loud—especially at night, with people screaming, cars honking, and burnouts. As two young girls, walking at night felt unsafe, and we were woken around 4 am every morning. The TV had no signal and didn’t work the entire stay. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I hope future guests find better value elsewhere.

I found the room very comfortable and functional, and the hosts communicated superbly, making check‑in a breeze. Public transport, supermarkets, and restaurants were all within walking distance. The downside was that the room sits close to bars, so on some nights the noise kept us from sleeping well—something to keep in mind when booking.
The kids stayed with us here. The location is fantastic, and the owners were excellent—always checking that everything was fine at every stage, which it was! The room was clean and fully equipped. Highly recommend!
