The location is good and the vibe is pleasant, but the breakfast was lacking, the bathroom window needs a privacy film, and guests should be warned not to hang clothes or smoke on the balcony; the corridors could be wider for luggage and the hotel should provide trolleys.

“Excelente localização, mas precisa melhorar em alguns detalhes para valer o preço”

Pontos fortes: Piscina excelente, tamanho do quarto, localização excelente. Algumas pequenas mudanças fariam toda a diferença: lençóis bons, os lençóis da cama estavam muito velhos, bem já usados, e não tinha um cobre leito apenas o lençol para cobrir a cama sem elástico que na medida que vc se mexe, sai inteiro da cama Outra coisa é não ter um secador de cabelo no banheiro, apesar de ser um local de praia e secador pode ser considerado algo fútil, não é ! Imagina chegar todos os dias da praia e ter q dormir com cabelo molhado, é uma situação bem simples de resolver que aumentaria muito mais o conforto da estadia … e tem muito pernilongo nos quartos, creio q falte uma estetização do local…

I liked the rooms and the food quality, but the management was disorganized and irresponsible; I booked through a travel agency, and when I arrived almost I couldn’t check in with my daughter because the agency hadn’t forwarded the reservation to the hotel, and no one was available to confirm it at that late hour on a weekend. I was embarrassed in front of other guests and almost had to leave because they couldn’t find my booking. I only found a confirmation email with my payment proof later, which was very humiliating for me and my daughter, highlighting the lack of communication between the staff at Atlantida Park Hotel.
