The hot spring pool was amazing! The staff were very accommodating and lovely. The only downside was that the hotel is far from everything, which I should have checked beforehand, and there were a lot of flies—maybe a can of fly spray in the rooms would help since it’s so remote. Also the power went out overnight; it came back on at 4 am, but we had to get up at 3 am in the dark with no power, no jug to boil water, and no running water.

Die Location ist einfach, das Personal super bemüht, das große Pool mit den heißen Quellwasser vom Berg spitze und für die Wanderung auf den Batur optimal. Der Guide kann direkt übers Hotel organisiert werden (auch erst am Nachmittag bei Anreise) und man geht direkt vom Hotel weg. Es gibt in der Region aufgrund der Landwirtschaft viele Fliegen. Auch der Weitertransport konnte ganz kurzfristig übers Hotel organisiert werden. eine sehr abenteuerliche Anfahrt - nicht abschrecken lassen. Sauberkeit

Wayan and his team are outstanding; they truly make a difference in your stay, making you feel better than at home and giving you a local experience of all the great things this place offers. The location is strategic, and the hot volcano water pool is a fantastic value for enjoying your days in Batur. We loved it early in the morning before sunrise and late in the evening watching the stars after a sunset family hike to the volcano top with Wayan, who guided us and was friendly and helpful all the time. I can’t recommend him enough.

I traveled with my eight‑year‑old daughter. The people were very kind and helpful, even though the language barrier sometimes got in the way. The place is beautiful. It’s difficult to reach, but it’s worth it!
