The place sits right in the heart of Ancona, yet the room stays away from the city’s bustle. The old palazzo feels cozy and the courtyard adds charm, while the bathroom is spacious and the bed is ample. The host is very friendly. Because the building is an old palazzo, it’s a bit noisy; local residents and small businesses also share the complex, so you can hear each other’s conversations. Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive.

The location is excellent and offers a unique experience. It’s near a dining area but still quiet. The refurbished room is very comfortable and the bathroom is great. The boy and his father who greeted us provided very good service.
