The food was diverse, rich, and tasty, and the hotel is located right in the city centre.

The facilities and the evening buffet were fine, and the reception and service were completely okay. The bartender was a disaster, insisting on immediate payment. After dinner it was similar, and he seemed completely disinterested and should seriously work on his attitude. (We were four.)

The mineral pools were fantastic, and the outdoor ones had a pleasant temperature, letting you swim with a beautiful view and a great sunset. The new part of the hotel where we stayed was extremely stylish, with fresh furnishings and very comfortable beds. The rooms were spacious, bright, and very pleasant for relaxing. When we needed help, the front‑desk staff assisted with parking, which was a big plus. There were no other issues, except that no massage slots were available during our two‑night stay, so they clearly need to be booked in advance, which we missed.
