“Kind host, great location”
The place has a very good location by car, plenty of parking, and the host is kind, helpful, and quick to respond. There are fantastic restaurants nearby.

The place feels very welcoming, and the owners are genuinely helpful and kind; I’d go back right away.
“Siamo stati benissimo 😀”
Tutto! Stanza confortevole e pulita, bagno molto grande, doccia 🔝 Parcheggio , host molto gentile e disponibile e accetta i cani 🐶🐾 Super consigliato!!!
“Great place to stay between Bologna and Modena”
The flat is lovely, with a cool design in a quiet spot between Modena and Bologna. It has everything you need for a few days in the area. Lucio, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. Parking is right next to the property and there are a few eateries nearby.
The property is neat and tidy, and the host is very friendly!
