Room was a good size, TV, fan and air‑conditioning. Excessive noise, breakfast had little quantity and quality. Too many stairs.

I loved my stay! The location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything. The breakfast deserves special mention: many options, all fresh and very tasty. The team is very polite and attentive, the room is comfortable and the cleaning impeccable. It was a very pleasant experience. I recommend with my eyes closed and will return whenever I’m in the city! As a suggestion for improvement, I think the hotel could consider installing an elevator in the future. There are many stair flights, which can make it difficult for elderly guests, people with limited mobility and guests with many bags. I noticed a space in the outdoor area, near the parking lot, that might allow for an external elevator. I’m sure that investment would add even more comfort and accessibility to the hotel. Overall, my experience was excellent and I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in town.

“Muito boa. Corresponde as expectativas.”

The accommodations were good, the room was exactly as in the photo. Simple, but very clean. Good air‑conditioning. There is a 24‑hour doorman. We arrived early in the morning and were very well received. They do not offer shampoo. The parking is uncovered.

The service was overall great, and the breakfast was decent enough to meet a good standard. I didn't like how much traffic noise came from the avenue right next to the rooms.

Breakfast was good and the staff were attentive. The rooms are spacious but poorly divided, and there is no accessibility for elderly or wheelchair users.
