“Juste on étais tranquille”
The price was good. The bed and comfort were compromised by bedbugs; we reported it but they denied it, yet we have proof.
There was no one to accept us! Disgusting!

The apartment was in a good spot, with a Lidl supermarket and the metro just a 20‑minute walk away, and the concierge responded quickly when the door lock was broken by a tenant and fixed that same day. However, sharing the space with many foreign guests who don’t necessarily speak French made it noisy; the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) were dirty despite a cleaner’s presence— the sink was clogged when we arrived and stayed clogged for the whole two‑week stay; the individual storage closet in the kitchen was accessible to everyone (not locked) and I had a Tupperware stolen; the building’s entrance door was rarely closed during our stay and the apartment’s entrance door was never shut because several tenants found it “too hard to close,” so the doors stayed open most of the time, day and night, compromising security; there were many mosquitoes and the room floor slanted.

The kitchen was well equipped and the room was decent, but the cleaning was sloppy: roommates left dirty dishes, the dishwasher and its filters weren’t cleaned, and the dryer was also neglected; the chairs were heavily worn and should be replaced.
