We loved our room after it was swapped, but we were unhappy with the staff’s service: no one was at the counter to check us in, we had to wait, and the food didn’t meet expectations.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience pleasant. Onehi Ashan deserves special thanks for being a real credit to the hotel; she went out of her way to set up the lounge so we could watch the AFL grand final together instead of staying in our rooms, and she checked on us a couple of times to ensure everything was fine.
