The room was clean, but the door lock was a bit difficult to open; fixing the lock would be a real improvement. The host is sweet and enthusiastic.

I truly enjoyed this place; the owner is kind and helpful, the room was tidy, and there’s a private bathroom right in front of the room. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was great.

The place is clean, the manager is always available and attentive, and it’s close to Walking Street (15 min), the market and tourist area (30 min) on foot, or 3–10 min by Grab. There’s a terrace with a washer and dryer that are included in the price and work well, plus a kitchen area with utensils. Bottled water is provided for our use. The neighborhood has a supermarket, Circle K, and several restaurants and cafés. The location is in a cul‑de‑sac, so the manager asks for your WhatsApp to stay on top of your arrival, and the price‑quality ratio is good. Nothing to complain about.

“Ok”

The location of the accommodation was very good. The host was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed an extra blanket for the second night. Unfortunately, the bathroom was very dirty, with an unpleasant odor. The mattresses were extremely hard, and you can hear the whole neighborhood. Don’t forget earplugs.

“Good value for money. I would stay again for ✔️”

The spot was perfect for me, tucked away on a local market street off the beaten path. Prices were great, and I felt safe and secure. The staff were reachable via WhatsApp and replied quickly. I liked it.
