It’s centrally located, but the service was terrible. My room didn’t come with a welcome drink or a fruit platter, and I had to call room service to ask for them. The fruits were not fresh, the nasi lemak rice was undercooked, and we had to call the chef. The buffet quality was below par. The room felt a bit dated. I liked nothing about my stay at Hatten except the location. I don’t understand the purpose of the premier lounge for premier guests; the terms said it was free use, yet it’s just a section with sofas and tables where anyone can sit. There’s no pool‑side bar to lounge and order drinks, or at least a menu.

Prime location to prime tourist location, 2 shopping malls just directly behind and opposite the hotel. We found bugs crawling on the bathroom floor, and also cockroaches at the pantry area inside our room
