The room was good and had an air‑conditioner that was great with the heat. The owner and the cleaner were very sweet and helpful people who assisted whenever you needed help. The lemon tea from the machine was delicious. It’s located in a quiet side street, you’re 5 minutes from the Vatican and can cross the Tiber quickly.

The place was perfectly located, good value for the price. The hosts were super kind and accommodating, and communication went smoothly. The only minor issue was a faint weird smell in the bathroom that we couldn’t identify.

The location is perfect, close to everything and buses are very nearby. Michelle’s kindness is unmatched; I celebrated my birthday there and found gifts and a bottle of champagne waiting for me, which was greatly appreciated. I went with my son and they were very kind to him the whole time.

Michelle was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when our flight got delayed by 5 hrs and we had to shift our early‑morning check‑in to the afternoon. The room was spotless, and the hotel was close to all the sights we wanted, though it sat on a quiet side street.
