The welcome was very friendly. The apartment is well equipped with a small pool and a large yard that has a swing. Each of the two apartments has its own outdoor dining and resting area. Cars can be parked in the yard. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, with easy access to the lake and grocery stores (SPAR and COOP). There are many small restaurants near the beach, and the apartment is close to the Balatonberény train station. The neighbors were a bit noisy on the second day, which was less enjoyable, but the host couldn’t do anything about it.

“A great family house with a child playing corner”

The stay was fantastic! A very well equipped family house, exceptionally clean, spacious, and fully stocked with amenities. There was a surprise play corner for the child, which was really nice and made the stay even better. Great value for money—I definitely recommend it. The only downside was that the stairs to the second floor were steep, so we had to watch the child closely.

“Ganz tolles und ruhiges Apartment”

I was really pleased with the place. We stayed on the upper floor, which had an open living and dining area, a small bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a kids' room with two beds. Everything was lovingly furnished and spotlessly clean. The house has air‑conditioning and blinds on the windows. The garden is large and beautifully planted. Both the upper and lower levels offer separate outdoor seating areas so you don’t run into each other. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and speak excellent German. There isn’t an oven, but there are two stove burners, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine, and otherwise the kitchen is fully equipped. Despite being close to the train tracks, the house is quiet and you barely hear the train. It’s about a 3–4 minute walk to the Balaton. The only complaint would be the stairs leading into the apartment – they’re quite steep and a bit slippery, which might be risky for older people or toddlers, but for us it was fine.

The accommodation is about a 5–7 minute walk from the beach, 3 minutes to the shops, and 5 minutes to the station. The garden is gorgeous and well cared for, with several seating areas, a terrace, a large pool, and sun‑beds. It’s great for families, groups of friends, and they even welcome dogs. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. The beds are comfortable. We ate breakfast on the balcony while listening to birds. The hosts are helpful, very kind, and flexible. If you’re looking for peace, good air, and a wonderful family holiday on the Balaton, this is the best spot! There was nothing to complain about.
