Moonbow is bij een top locatie vlak bij de stad Alanya en wel bekende Beach clubs op loop afstand allemaal. Wij hadden een 3 persoons kamer geboekt maar kregen op verzoek de ruimste kamer heel erg lief. De airco werkte prima niet te veel geluid van buiten naar binnen. Prima locatie om kort te verblijven. Helaas het schoonmaak we snappen dat het goed koop hotel is met weinig sterren maar het was smerig. De handdoeken waren vies en helaas nog veel haren van de vorige personen. Wel heeft de schoonmaker volgende dag extra goed schoongemaakt maar helaas niet voldoende. Er moet echt wat aan de schoonmaak gedaan worden

The room had mold, the ceiling was peeling and flakes fell onto the bed. The shower head was broken, and the toilet button was not working. The hotel was a complete disappointment.

The pictures online were misleading and did not meet expectations. The housekeeping was terrible. The elevator stopped between floors. The staff showed no interest in helping us.
