From my tent and the main lodge you could already see animals like kudu, klippenschliefer, springbok, etc. The tent wasn’t lockable.

“Schöne Zeltlodge mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern”

We felt right at home here and truly enjoyed our stay. The friendly and warm staff made us feel welcomed immediately. The tents are pleasantly large and offer a stunning view – waking up to that sight in the morning was something special. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxed time and would love to return. Thanks to the whole team! The wind made the nights in our tent a bit loud, so sleeping was somewhat restless.

The location is superb and the sunset tour is delightful – absolutely luxurious.

“Trip of a lifetime !”

The attention to detail was amazing. We spent three nights of our honeymoon at Eagle Lodge! It was absolutely phenomenal. The staff will go above and beyond for you. I cannot rate Eagle Lodge highly enough!! We will be back for our 1 year anniversary! Alex our caterer - Abraham the manager - Ultimo our game driver and George our chef - Leticia my wife’s best Namibian friend! You all have a special place in my heart! Thank you for an amazing stay

Eagle Tented Lodge & Spa was another fantastic stay during our Namibia road trip, especially if you’re planning to visit Etosha. The C and D roads towards the lodge are quite rough, so take your time driving there. But once you arrive, you’re rewarded with a beautiful setting and incredibly welcoming staff. There’s also a nice, refreshing pool — perfect after a dusty drive. The tents are spacious, spotlessly clean and have both AC and a fridge. But the real highlight is the breathtaking view across the valley. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower, where you could shower while looking across the landscape — and we even spotted giraffes from there! You actually start seeing wildlife as soon as you pass through the gate to the lodge. We spotted giraffes, springboks and more almost immediately. Dinner was amazing and definitely deserves a mention. We also booked a full-day trip to Etosha with our guide Jona, and it was fantastic. We saw elephants and lions, and at lunchtime we watched elephants coming to the waterhole to drink and bathe. An unforgettable experience and definitely something we would recommend. The Etosha gate is roughly a 50-minute drive from the lodge, making Eagle Tented Lodge a great base for exploring the park. Overall, a beautiful place with amazing views, wildlife right on the doorstep and genuinely friendly service. Definitely recommended!
