The place was very pretty and comfortable, yet the jacuzzi water was very cold and there was no variety of food at night.

Breakfast was really good! The Jacuzzi didn’t work for us; the water never heated.

The location was great and the staff who attended us were excellent. We didn’t know the water wasn’t potable, so we weren’t prepared. The bathroom didn’t work and we had to bring water in a bucket, which was difficult at night because it was cold. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and in an emergency there were no communications.
