I stayed in a king room that was nice, but there was no microwave inside; the front desk told me to use the one in the lobby instead. The room faced the parking lot, so it was noisy.

The room was ready early and overall clean. The staff never mentioned a $50 incidental charge or the hold on my card. When I saw a second charge on my statement, I asked the desk and the receptionist rolled her eyes, gave me an attitude, and talked to me like I was stupid. If the front‑desk staff had warned me, I wouldn't have had to ask.
