“Not happy”

The staff were amazing 👏 🤩, but the place was okay and the room was rundown; I only stayed because my cousin had a conference nearby and their company booked the room there. The toilet didn't flush properly and there was no hot water, the air‑con was very noisy so I didn't get a good rest at all, and the road noise drove me crazy all night. Sorry, but the price I paid was not worth it. I had stayed in a 2‑star hotel before that was cheaper, but I was happy there and paid more for this hotel, yet I gave the room the lowest grade. I will not recommend this place to friends traveling to the Philippines. Even the slippers—when I asked the staff, they said they had to get them from another guest’s room when they checked out. I asked for slippers because the floor was not cleaned at all.

“a ne pas recommander”

The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, I did experience some issues with noise levels, which made it difficult to rest at times. The air conditioning system seemed outdated and wasn't functioning properly, which added to the discomfort. Additionally, the room itself was in need of renovation, which detracted from the overall experience.

I had an overall mixed experience at this hotel. While the breakfast was truly exceptional and left a lasting impression, the air conditioning in my room was a major letdown. I was surprised to find that the room I booked was smaller than I expected, given the description, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool, making it feel quite warm. Despite these issues, the quality of the breakfast made up for some of the disappointments.

“Sorry for my Review”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, I loved the hotel's location - it was super convenient for exploring the area. However, I was disappointed with some aspects of my stay, particularly the corkage fee for outside bottles, which I felt was unreasonable, especially when some menu items weren't available. Additionally, I think the staff would benefit from some training on guest relations, as not all of them seemed knowledgeable or friendly.
