The hotel feels cosy and comfy, its location lets you reach nearby commercial shops easily and the environment is very quiet, yet the staff aren’t always at the front counter and the air‑con makes a bit of noise.

The bed was clean and comfortable and the location is fine in a quiet area, but on 21 March 2025 there was a water disruption at night, no one was at the reception to help and I had to wait over 15 minutes; I was a Malaysian and was still charged RM20 in Tourism Fees, which the hotel refused to refund, blaming the Booking system, and the hotel never acted, which contradicts Malaysia’s Tourism Tax law.

Ruime kamer, zag er prima uit. Weinig te beleven in de omgeving. Prima voor 1 nacht als je op doorreis bent.iets te duur voor wat je krijgt

Sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, aber die Lage hat uns nicht gefallen, war für uns jedoch unwichtig, da wir täglich Ausflüge unternommen haben.
