The lodge was cozy and well organized, everything was always clean and fragrant. Iva did an excellent job maintaining everything, and the breakfast was delicious—always a fresh cake for us to enjoy. I liked it a lot. The slopes were a mess, but it was totally worth it.

I liked the quiet of the inn and the cleanliness of the rooms. The problem is that the drain leaks every day during showers; I suggest installing a drain that prevents this.

I was disappointed with the location and the service, which was terrible—there were no receptionists and the inn felt empty, offering no help or information. When we switched inns, nobody at the front desk even mentioned that we were leaving, showing complete disregard for guests; we paid for six days but only stayed two and couldn’t get any refund for the unused nights.

The lodge looked gorgeous, with a lush, rustic vibe that made the place feel cozy. Everyone on the staff was friendly, and Viviane was especially helpful and attentive to everything we needed. Breakfast was also very good. We liked everything, but the room cleaning could be better, though it didn’t ruin our stay.
